Abstract :Bu olgu sunumunda, intramuskuler penisilin enjeksiyonu sonras ı akut anaflaktik reaksiyon geli ş en 38 ya şı nda bir erkek hasta sunulmu ş tur. Hastaya yanl ış l ı kla 0.5 mg insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1:1000); epinefrin intravenoz olarak uygulanm ış , sonras ı nda akut geli şen ciddi göğü s a ğ r ı s ı ve EKG` de geni ş kompleks ta ş ikardi gözlenmiş tir. Bu olgu ile, epinefrin İ V yanl ış doz uygulanmas ı n ın ortaya çı kard ığı ventrikuler disritmi örneği ile anaflaksi için epinefrin uygulamas ı n ı n potansiyel tehlikelerine dikkat çekmek amaçlanmaktadı r.
