Abstract :Keratocystic odontogenic tumor insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(formerly odontogenic keratocysts); insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KCOT); is an unique cyst because of its locally aggressive behavior, high recurrence rate and characteristic histological appearance. The present case report describes the conservative surgical management of a large keratocystic odontogenic tumor in an adult patient with no evidence of recurrence at two years follow-up.
