Abstract :Akciğer herniasyonları göğüs duvarında meydana gelen defekt sonucu akciğer dokusunun göğüs duvarı dışına çıkması ile meydana gelmektedir. Nadir görülen bu durum defektin boyutuna göre çeşitli semptomlara yol açmaktadır. Bu yazıda 46 yaşında travma sonrası tek kaburga kırığına bağlı meydana gelen akciğer herniasyonu ve tedavi yönetimi sunuldu.
