Abstract :Overde primer karsinoid tümörler oldukça nadir görülürler. Primer karsinoid tümörler genelde tek taraflıdır ve genelde teratoma eşlik ederler. Çalışmamızda 70 yaşında vajinal kanama şikayetiyle kadın doğum polikliniğine başvurmuş ve sağ adnekste kitle saptanan hasta sunulmuştur. Klinik, laboratuvar ve radyolojik yöntemlerle değerlendirilen hastaya frozen inceleme ve postoperatif inceleme sonucu matür kistik teratom içerisinde gelişen karsinoid tümör tanısı verişmiştir. Olgu nadir görülmesi nedeniyle literatür eşliğinde sunulmuştur.
