Abstract :Reprodüktif dönemde beyin tümörleri oldukça nadir görülmektedir. Gebelikteki hormonların etkisi ile mevcut olan tümör boyutunda değişiklikler olabilir. Gebeliğe bağlı olarakta görülen bulantı, kusma gibi semptomlar beyin tümörünün tanısında gecikmeye neden olabilir. İnatçı olan bulantı, kusma ve baş ağrısı varlığında beyin tümörü açısından dikkatli olmak gerekir. Gebelik döneminde beyin tümörü tanısı alan 40 yaşında bir olguyu tartışmayı amaçladık.
