Abstract :Göğüs ağrısı bir çok hastalığın ayrıcı tanısında yer alan önemli bir semptom olup Tietze sendrom insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TS);’unda da görülebilmektedir. TS, göğüs ön duvarında ağrı, hassasiyet ve non pürülan şişlik ile seyreden kostosternal, kostokondral ve sternoklaviküler eklemlerin inflasmasyonu ile karakterize bir sendromdur. Koşu sporu sonrası mikrotravmaların neden olabileceği düşündüğümüz, göğüs ağrısı ile acil servisine başvuran TS tanısı alan genç yaştaki olguyu sunuyoruz.
