Abstract :This study aims to examine in depth the relationship between emotional eating and mindful eating in the light of the opinions of professionals from different disciplines (dieticians, psychological counselors and psychologists). In the study, the reasons for the emergence of emotional eating, the factors that sustain it and the potential effects of mindful eating on this situation were examined through one-on-one interviews with participants from these three different professional groups. Seventeen open-ended questions were asked to the participants within the scope of emotional eating, awareness and mindful eating. The study, which adopts the phenomenological design from qualitative research methods, contributes to the development of a more comprehensive understanding of this subject by revealing the psychological, social and biological factors underlying emotional eating. The research results show that emotional eating is closely related to individuals\\\' emotional states, thought patterns and environmental factors and that mindful eating is an effective strategy in coping with emotional eating. Keywords : Duygusal Yeme, Farkındalıklı Yeme, Fenomenolojik Araştırma, Paydaş Görüşü
