Abstract :CuInS2 yarõiletken filimleri püskürtme yöntemiyle cam tabanlar üzerine farklõ tabansõcaklõklarõnda elde edilmiştir. CuInS2filimlerinin optik karekterizasyonlarõ dalgaboyu 400-900nmaralõğõnda spektrometre kullanõlarak analiz edilmiştir. Yasak enerji aralõğõ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(αhv);2’nin hv‘ye göregrafiğinden elde edilmiştir. Filimlerin absorpsiyon spektrumlarõndan bu bileşiğin direkt bant aralõğõnasahip olduğu ve taban sõcaklõğõna bağlõ olarak yasak enerji aralõğõnõn 1.51-1.80eV arasõnda değiştiğigörülmüştür
