Abstract :5018 sayılı Kamu Malî Yönetimi ve Kontrol Kanunu ve 6085 sayılı yeni Sayıştay Kanununda, “genel yönetim”, “merkezî yönetim” ve “kamu idareleri” terimleri yanlış bir şekilde kullanılmaktadır. Malî hukuk, idare hukukunun bir dalıdır. Malî hukukta kullanılan terimler, idare hukuku terminolojisi ile uyum içinde olmalıdır
