Abstract :Atipik antipsikotiklere ilişkin ekstrapiramidal, metabolik ve kardiyak yan etkiler bildirilmiştir. Paliperidona bağlı siyalore bildiren az sayıda kaynağa rastlanmasına karşın paliperidon palmitata bağlı siyalore bildiren kaynağa rastlanmamıştır. Bu yazımızda kliniğimize başvuran ve paliperidon palmitat başladığımız bir hastada gelişen siyalore yan etkisi sunulmuştur.
