Abstract :Amfizematöz piyelonefrit, nadir görülen hayatı tehtid eden, böbrek parankimi veya perirenal dokularda gaz oluşumuyla karakterize süpüratif ve nekrotizan bir enfeksiyondur. Bu olgu sunumunda, mfizematöz piyelonefritin daha az görülen bir varyantı olan amfizematöz piyelit ve konzervatif tedavi seçeneği anlatılmaktadır. Bu yazının amacı ciddi bir tablo olan amfizematöz piyelitin agresif medikal tedaviyle regrese olabileceğini göstermektir.
