Abstract :Böbrek nakli sonrası renal kalkül ciddi major komplikasyonlara yol açabilen bir durumdur. Böbrek nakli sonrası greft fonksiyonlarında bozulma, anüri, oligüri, hematüri, tekrarlayan dirençli idrar yolu enfeksiyonu,sepsis tabloları olan hastalarda görüntüleme yöntemleri ile kalkül varlığı tespit edilmelidir.Taş ile nakil yapılan böbreklerin postoperatif erken dönemde yakın takibi gerekmektedir.
