Abstract :Lyme hastalığı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(borelyoz); değişik nörolojik tablolar ile prezente olabilen ve Türkiye`de nadiren görülen vektöryel bir hastalıktır. Bu yazıda seftriakson ve doksisiklin tedavisine yanıt veren Nöroborelyoz tanılı bir hastanın, takip periyodunda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(iki yıl sonra); asetilkolin reseptör antikorunun pozitif olduğu ve Myastenia Gravis tanısı aldığı bildirilmiştir. Bu durum borrelia yüzey antijenlerinin ve asetilkolin reseptörlerinin epitop homolojisine bağlanmıştır. Lyme hastalığı tanısıyla izlenen vakalarda Myastenia Gravis gelişebileceğini vurgulamak amacıyla olgu sunulmaya değer bulunmuştur.
