Abstract :Odontoma, hamartomatöz bir malformasyonu yansıtmaktadır. Bunlar genellikle asemptomatik olup, rutin radyolojik muayenede teşhis edilir. Odontoma enfeksiyonu cok nadirdir. Literatürde birkaç odontoma enfeksiyonu rapor edilmiştir. Komplex odontoma enfeksiyonu ve yanaklarda gömülü olan diş perforasyonu bilgisayarlı tomografik görüntüyle rapor edilmiştir. Dolayısıyla bu durum sunulan vakanın sıradışı olmasına yol açmaktadır.
