Abstract :Non tüberküloz mikobakterilerin yol açtığı kutanöz infeksiyonlar nadirdir ve tanı koymak oldukça güçtür. Hızlı üreyen mikobakteriler immunkompromize hastalarda deri ve yumuşak doku infeksiyonuna neden olabilirler. Mycobacterium fortuitum hızlı üreyen mikobakterilerdendir. Bu makalede immunkompetan bir hastada M. fortuitum’un etken olarak izole edildiği bir deri infeksiyon olgusu sunulmuştur. Hastamız 12 hafta peroral yolla verilen klaritromisin ve siprofloksasin tedavisiyle tam olarak iyileşmiştir.
