Abstract :Santral retinal arter tıkanıklıkları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SRAT); ender görülen önemli akut görme kaybı nedenlerinden biridir. Etyopatogenezde özellikle genç hastalarda rol oynayan faktörler biri hiperkoagülabilitedir. Bu makalede santral retinal arter tıkanıklığına bağlı nörolojik bulgular ile kliniğe kabul edilen ve metilentetrahidrofolat redüktaz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MTHFR); A1298C mutasyonu saptanan bir olgu sunulmuştur.
