Abstract :Normal seriye ilave olarak ortaya çıkan dişler süpernumere dişlerdir. Süpernumere dişlerde morfolojik değişim oldukça yaygındır. Alt çenede görülen süpernumere dişler oldukça nadir olup talon tüberkülü formunda olanlara ise daha da az rastlanır. Talon tüberkülü bilateral süpernumere dişe sahip 17 yaşında erkek bir vaka sunuldu. Talon tüberkülü; pençe benzeri bir çıkıntı olup, cingulum ya da sement enamel eklentilerden insizör dişlere kadar geniş bir alana dahildir. Süpernumere dişlerin değerlendirilmesinde her vaka için farklı bir yaklaşım ve kapsamlı bir incelemeye ihtiyaç duyulur. Burada sunulan vaka nadir rastlandığından ötürü oldukça özgündür.
