Abstract :Berrak hücreli renal hücreli karsinom, renal hücreli karsinomun en sık görülen alt tipidir. Cerrahi tedavi sonrası hastaların yarısından azında metastaz gelişebilmektedir.En sık görülen metastaz bölgeleri akciğer,lenf nodları,kemik ve karaciğerdir.Nadir de olsa gastrointestinal sisteme de metastaz yapabilmektedir. Kliniğe en sık başvuru şikayeti gastrointestinal kanamaya bağlı gelişen anemidir.Bu çalışmada iki farklı olguda berrak hücreli renal hücreli karsinomun mide ve rektosigmoid kolona metastazı sunulmuştur.
