Abstract :Alice in Wonderland syndrome was first defined by the British psychiatrist John Todd in 1955 as a disorder characterized by episodes of visual illusions, body shape, temporal and spatial distortions. Delirium is a clinical neuropsychiatric disorder showing global encephalopathic dysfunction. In this case, we will present a patient of a 5-year-old girl with the complaint of seeing snakes. Our aim is to help make a differential diagnosis between the two diseases in a patient with similar complaints.
