Abstract :This paper presents two pediatric cases diagnosed with both Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), highlighting the neurodevelopmental challenges and management strategies associated with this comorbidity. Two male patients with genetically confirmed NF1 and coexisting ADHD were comprehensively evaluated in terms of clinical presentation, developmental history, diagnostic assessments, and therapeutic interventions. Both cases exhibited marked developmental delays, attentional deficits, and significant academic difficulties. One patient also presented with comorbid epilepsy and motor coordination problems, further complicating the clinical picture. Multimodal treatment approaches partially improved functional and academic outcomes, including stimulant pharmacotherapy and individualized educational support. These cases underscore the importance of early recognition and multidisciplinary management of ADHD in children with NF1 to optimize long-term neurodevelopmental and academic trajectories. Effective long-term care requires genetic counseling, regular clinical follow-up, and close collaboration among neurology, psychiatry, and educational professionals. Keywords : Nörofibromatozis Tip 1, Dikkat Eksikliği/Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu, Nörogelişim, Multidisipliner Bakım, Pediatrik Olgu Sunumu
