Abstract :Autoimmune hepatitis is a chronic inflammatory liver disease of unknown cause. In the etiology, genetic predisposition and triggering factors such as viruses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(hepatitis A, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, Ebstein Bar virus, cytomegalovirus);, bacteria, drugs insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(propylthiouracil, nitrofurantoin, isoniazid, etc.); are emphasized. Cases may be asymptomatic or present with complaints such as fatigue, weakness, jaundice, upper abdominal discomfort, pruritis, loss of appetite, nausea and fever. We presented a case of autoimmune hepatitis presenting with fever and bisitopenia.
