Abstract :Although pancreatic pathologies are primarily and mostly manifested by abdominal complaints, they can also occur with other organ systems. Erythema nodosum is the most common variant of panniculitis. In this study, we present a patient with acute pancreatitis who developed erythema nodosum. Although this phenomenon was reported by Chiari in the past, extra-abdominal findings can be ignored today.
