Abstract :It has been pointed out that the effective use of the workforce and the correct planning of the skills of the nurses responsible for patient care during the pandemic process are of great importance in overcoming the pandemic process more easily. When the literature is scanned, it is seen that the common emphasis of both the reports published by WHO and the scientific researches are on the correct planning of the nursing workforce, the workload of nurses and the nurse / patient ratio in the health sector. In this review study, we aimed to compile the COVID 19 process and ethical difficulties in nursing with the literature.
