Abstract :The Superioritypraetise successfully depends on the knowledge of its funetions and the knowledge of the relations betweenthese funetions. The functions of law can be enwnerated as to realize justice, to meet social needs and to oıuersociallife. These funetions, even within single legal s~tem, sometimes contradiet each other. Thus, those whopraetise the law must fallow a balanced and hannonicapproach in application of these funcuons to reachultimate goal of the realizauon of justice
