Abstract :Serebral venöz tromboz insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SVT); genç erişkinlerde görülen önemli bir inme nedenidir. SVT geniş klinik bulgulara sahiptir. Hastalık kalıtımsal ve kazanılmış risk faktörleri ile ilişkilidir. SVT ç n bel rg n b r r sk faktörü varlığında b le genet k trombot k faktörler n her hastada s stemat k olarak araştırılması gerekl d r. Hastalığın neden tedav ed lerek genellikle komplikasyonlar ve rekürrens önlenebilir. Bu yazıda postpartum dönemde SVT tanısı alan demir eksikliği anemisi, akut sinüzit ve MTHFR c.C677T heterozigot ve PAI-1 4G/4G homozigot mutasyonları saptanan 32 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunulmuştur.
