Abstract :Fallop tüpünün primer benign tümörleri nadirdir. Lipom, tüm vücutta görülen çok yaygın benign bir tümör olmasına rağmen fallop tüpünde oldukça nadir görülür. Derin yerleşimli lipomatöz tümörler genellikle liposarkom özelliğinde olduğudan ayrıcı tanısı dikkatlice yapılmalıdır. Fallop tüpünün lipomu genellikle başka hastalıklara bağlı histerektomi sonrasında raslantısal olarak görülmektedir. Bu nedenle tuba ve çevresindeki yağlı doku dikkatlice incelenmelidir. Bu yazıda akut batın tablosu ile acil servise başvuran, overde 25 cm kitle nedeniyle opere edilen ancak biyopsi materyalinin histopatolojik incelemesi sonucunda torsiyone over dokusu ve fallop tüpünün lipomu olduğu saptanan 45 yaşındaki kadın hasta sunuldu.
