Abstract :The coal mining and other parts in the coal industrial park, such as coal preparation plant, gangue Power generation, even the lithosphere in this area; they all are the compartments of the circular economy system, one kind of ecological system. All processions during the production of raw coal including: exploration, production, using the coal, managing the waste, etc. All parts in the system are interconnected and interacted by energy and material exchanging and transforming from one to the other, therefore, it can be treated as an ecosystem because of these characters. Two-dimensional transaction networks is always depicted for mathematical analysis in the fields of ecology, social and economy system, Network analysis continues to grow as a useful approach to better understand the structural properties and transformations that occur in systems. It is still can be used in analysis of circular economy in coal industrial park
