Abstract :The concept of UP-algebras was introduced and analyses by A. Iampan. In our recently published article we introduced the concept of proper UP-filter in UP-algebras in a somewhat different way than it is usual in literature. In this paper we analyse some fundamental properties of such determined proper UP-filters in UP-algebras.
