Abstract :Singh and Kumar [1] developed regression-cum-ratio estimator for population mean in the  presence of non–response for two-phase sampling using information of two auxiliary variables  x and z . In this paper simple generalized regression-cum-ratio estimator in the presence of  non–response has been presented with three different situations. Empirical and theoretical study  is carried out to compare the efficiency of the suggested estimators over the existing estimators.
