Abstract :The smut species, Anthracoidea irregularis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Liro); Boidol & Poelt insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Anthracoideaceae); on Carex halleriana Asso insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cyperaceae); was reported for the first time from Turkey. The morphological and microscopical features of this fungi are described with figures.
