Abstract :In this paper we define new sequence spaces Vσinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(θ); and V ∞σ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(θ); which are related to the concept of σ-mean and lacunary sequence θ = insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kr);, and characterize the matrix classes insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(l1, V ∞σ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(θ);); and insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(l∞, V ∞σ insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(θ););.
