Abstract :In the present paper, we shall investigate a characterization for the boundedness of the $B$-Riesz potential and its commutators on the generalized weighted $B$-Morrey spaces. We also give a characterization for the generalized weighted $B$-Morrey spaces via the boundedness of the Riesz potential and its commutators generated by generalized translate operators associated with Laplace-Bessel differential operator.
