Abstract :I n this study, a system for undergraduate and graduate laboratories was designed in order to investigate quantized conductivity behavior of solutions. The quantized conductivity of the DNA solution was examined by using the designed system. The quantized conductivity peculiarity of DNA solution was observed. The same quantized feature couldn’t be reached after repeated experiments for buffer solution, mutated DNA solutions. It is concluded that it is possible differentiate similar kind of solution by measuring the quantized conductance behavior
