Abstract :In this study, the socio-economic structure and profitability of the farmers producing capia pepper in Kaş district of Antalya were investigated. In the district of Kaş, surveys were conducted with 77 farmers producing capia pepper with face to face via questionnaire. The data belongs to the 2016 production period. As a result of the research; in the production of capia pepper, the relative profit was calculated as 1.56. However, 22.08% of the farmers had a negative profit. The most important reason for this was the low productivity of the unit area and sales price.
