Abstract :The unique characteristics of islands and beach environments contribute to health tourism, focusing on elements such as clean air, tranquil settings, and natural beauty that promote relaxation and rejuvenation. It highlights the potential for these destinations to become hubs for health and wellness tourism, attracting visitors seeking holistic healing experiences. This research paper explores the Island and Beach-Based Model as an emerging paradigm in nature-based health tourism. With a focus on coastal and island destinations, this thematic analysis and conceptual model integrates the therapeutic benefits of nature with health and wellness practices, which investigates the diverse advantages of island and beach environments for physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, emphasizing the potential impact on tourism destinations. It will focus on the development of island-model that also addresses some different opposite aspects.
