Abstract :Exosomes, one of the extracellular vesicles, mediate molecular information and intercellular communication between cells by containing various proteins, lipids, mRNA, metabolic enzymes and numerous essential molecules such as miRNAs. The therapeutic potential of paracrine factors of exosomes released from human adipose mesenchymal stem cells is still under investigation. In our study, we isolated exosomes released from human adipose mesenchymal stem cells by two different methods. To evaluate the cytotoxic effect of the obtained exosomes, we performed MTT assay in SW-480 cell line at 24, 48 and 72 hours. In the results obtained, no statistically significant difference was observed at 24 and 72 hours, while statistically significant differences were determined between the concentration groups at 48 hours. Keywords : MTT, kolon kanseri, eksozom, mezenkimal kök hücre
