Abstract :There is a correlation between religion and society. As religion affects society, the society influences religious. One manifestation of the mutual relationship between religion and society figure, are emerging as a result of the religious group reference search of believers. These groups are born and developed in the region and give direction to the religious life in the community, providing the possibility of religious socialization, education (religious) to contribute, so their followers provide psychological support and some functions are undertaken. In this study, the members of the Group Sultan Şeyhmus Ezzul data which we obtained from surveys and interviews we did with them we apply the Kurdish community in the light of changing orders will be focused on the function and effectiveness
