Abstract :Serebellar ataksi, serebellum ve ilgili yollardaki değişik nedenlere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkan denge ve koordinasyon kaybı olarak tanımlanabilir. Ataksiler konjenital, herediter, sporadik ve non herediter (enfeksiyonlar, toksinler ve ilaçlar, sistemik nedenler gibi) olarak sınıflanabilir. Bu çalışmada herediter ataksilerin klinik ve genetik özellikleri gözden geçirilmiştir.
