Abstract :There is no doubt that the efficient realization of the integrated education and behavioural development of the children with Special Educational Needs in Bulgaria highly depends on providing a supportive environment for their successful education is highly important. The following article presents a comparative analysis of the international and regional law regulations’ base which was realized during the years in relation to the psycho-educational support given to children with Special Educational Needs in the Republic of Bulgaria.
