Abstract :Öz Turistik hediyelik eşyanın yerel ve özgün nitelik kazanması için bulunduğu yörenin coğrafi işaretlerini yansıtması önemlidir. Coğrafi işaretler yörede bulunan hammaddeler, yöre halkı için anlam ifade eden kişiler, bölgeye ait hayvanlar, endemik bitkiler, yöresel ürünler, yörenin özel gün ve tarihleri, toplumsal olayları, taşınır ve taşınmaz kültür varlıkları olabilir. Burdur, Antalya gibi önemli bir turizm merkezine yakın olması ile dikkat çeken, doğası ve zengin tarihsel geçmişi ile önemli turizm potansiyeline sahip olan bir ildir. Bu çalışmada Burdur ilinin coğrafi işaretleri belirlenmiş ve turistik hediyelik eşya tasarımında kullanılarak özgün ürün önerileri getirilmiştir. Anahtar kelimeler: Burdur, turistik hediyelik eşya, coğrafi işaret. Abstract It is important for souvenirs to reflect geographical indications of the region in order to be local and original. Geographical indications can be composed of raw materials specific to the region, known people in the community, animals live in the region, endemic plants, local products, special days and dates, social events, moveable and immoveable cultural assets. Burdur is a city with a significant potential tourism because of its nearness to Antalya, which is a major tourism destination, its nature and rich history. In this study, geographical indications of Burdur are determined and original souvenirs designs using these geographical indications are proposed.
