Patient Safety Culture of Nurses In Gaziantep Perception Of Patient Care Quality Effect

Abstract :In this study, patient care quality of team climate, safety climate, job satisfaction, stress perception, management perceptions and working conditions, which are the variables of patient safety culture perception, were analyzed. In this context, the data obtained from 339 nurses working in public and private hospitals in Gaziantep using the survey technique were analyzed by establishing a structural equation model. As a result of the research; It has been determined that the sub-dimensions of the patient safety culture variable, the team climate is negative, the safety climate is positive, it does not affect the job satisfaction, the perception of management and working conditions have a positive effect on the quality of patient care, but the perception of stress has a negative effect.
