Abstract :This study aims to develop an instrument to measure high school students\\\' mathematical creativity. The study group of the research consists of 500 high school students studying in the central districts of Ankara province in the 2022-2023 academic year. The survey model was used in the study. To determine the mathematical creativity of the students, a mathematical creativity test was administered under the supervision of the researcher for 40 minutes. Scoring for the mathematical creativity test was done by the researcher. A Bayesian exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to examine the construct validity of the scores obtained from the measurement tool. The findings showed that the measurement tool can be defined by five factors: generating equality, generating relations, generating equations, generating equal area, and generating triangles at the first level of confirmatory factor analysis, and by a factor called mathematical creativity at the second level of confirmatory factor analysis. The test\\\'s internal consistency was examined by calculating Cronbach\\\'s alpha and McDonald\\\'s omega coefficients. While Cronbach\\\'s alpha coefficient showed that the scores obtained were at a low level of reliability, McDonald\\\'s omega coefficient showed that they were at a good level of reliability.Keywords : Bayes doğrulayıcı faktör analizi, güvenirlik, geçerlik
