Abstract :It is important that planning the intervention process, provide maintenance and proper use of the resources in emergency approach to a patient. It is also important the emergency team to do proper task sharing, evaluate and treat the patient as fast as possible. When the patient reaches the ER, first thing to do must be evaluate Airway, Breathing, Circulation and Neurologic State. These must be frequently checked while the treatment still continuing. Findings like respiratory rate, hearth rate and cardiac rhythm, blood pressure and quality of pulse, capillary refill time, function of central nervous system and pain gives valuable information about patients status and prognosis. When giving anesthetics to a patient that its general condition is bad, primary goal is while providing analgesia, muscle relaxation and unconsciousness to the patient, also fixing the tissue perfusion and oxygenation of organs, especially the vital ones. The values that are considered normal for healthy patients is creates much higher mortality rate for critical patients. cardiopulmonary collapse and arrest risk is higher in patients that are traumatized and its general condition is bad. If the cardiovascular collapse develops, cardiopulmonary resuscitation is needed. Anesthetics shouldn’t be given to the patient unless its vital functions are stable. While anaesthetize a patient, the evaluation needs to be done according to individual needs. Therefore it is not possible to identify a anesthesia protocol that fits all patients.
