Determination of protein levels and amıno acid composition of bee pollen collected from different geographical regions of Turkey

Abstract :In this study, determination of the amino acid profile of bee pollen produced in different parts of Turkey and performed to determine the protein level. The research was carried out with a total of 90 specimens from East-Southeast Anatolia, Central Anatolia, Black Sea, Marmara, Aegean and Mediterranean. According to the analysis results, alanine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(143,40 ± 0,0); in bee pollen on mg / g basis, arginine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(34,45 ± 0.0);, histidine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(32,55 ± 0.09);, isoleucine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20,94 ± 1,24);, leucine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(23, 75 ± 1.27);, lysine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(31.15 ± 0.43);, methionine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(39.10 ± 1.32);, phenylalanine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(20.09 ± 0.95);, proline insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(309.05 ± 28.56); and valine insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(15.79 ± 0.88); amino acids were detected. According to the analysis results, protein level of bee pollen in mg / g basis in Black Sea region insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(127,27 ± 0.31);, Marmara region insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(117,56 ± 0.31);, Mediterranean region insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(115,66 ± 0.31);, Central Anatolia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(115,09 ± 0.31);, Aegean region insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(110,06 ± 0.31); and East-South East Anatolia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(124,9 ± 0.31);. The differences between the regions were found in Protein and amino acid levels insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P <0.01);. This study is thought to be the source of amino acid quality and protein level of Turkish bee pollen.
