Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı Rhodeus amarus türünün Türkiye iç sularındaki güncel dağılımını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Çalışma 2004-2009 yıllarında yürütülmüş ve balık numuneleri 56 farklı lokasyondan toplanmıştır. Ayrıca, detaylı bir literatür araştırması da yapılmıştır. R. amarus türü Anadolu`daki bazı göller ve Karadeniz, Ege, Marmara, Hazar Denizi havzalarına dökülen nehir ve akarsularda dağılım gösterir.
