Abstract :This case report examines a rare patient who experienced recurrent ischemic stroke despite severe thrombocytopenia and the use of anticoagulant therapy. The patient\\\'s clinical course was characterized by recurrent ischemic events despite the bleeding risks associated with thrombocytopenia. Diagnostic evaluations and the treatment process are discussed, highlighting the clinical management challenges in such complex cases. The emphasis is placed on the use and safety of anticoagulant therapy and strategies for managing ischemic stroke in patients with hematologic abnormalities. She was investigated for thrombocytopenia presented in her admission and given corticosteroid therapy for suspected idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP), which did not respond, but her thrombocytopenia was corrected with eltrombopag therapy, and she was successfully managed with antiaggregant anticoagulant therapy. Keywords : Antikoagülanlar, iskemik inme, kan hastalıkları, trombositopeni
