Abstract :Parotis bezi lipomları, histolojik olarak olgun yağ dokusuna benzer, iyi huylu tümörlerdir ve genellikle fibroz kapsül ile çevrili olmaları, onları basit yağ birikimlerinden ayıran bir özellik olarak kabul edilir. Bu tümörler, parotis bezi tümörlerinin küçük bir yüzdesini temsil eder ve çeşitli çalışmalarda rapor edilen sıklıkları %0.6 ile %4.4 arasında değişmektedir. Bu vaka sunumunda parotis bezi kaynaklı dev lipomun tanı tedavi yöntemleri güncel literatür eşliğinde değerlendirlecektir.
