Abstract :Airlines operating in Turkey strive to be international leaders in their segments by adopting different competitive strategies. The crew planning department plays an active role in achieving the goals of an airline. In this study, the crew planning departments of airline companies that adopt two different strategies are compared and the differences they encounter in practice are revealed.
