Abstract : Puberfoni insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Mutasyonel falsetto); , yüksek perdeli preadolesan sesinin, düşük perdeli yetişkin sesine dönüşmesinde meydana gelen bozukluktur. Bu hastalık kadınlarda da gözlemlenmesine rağmen, genellikle erkeklere özgü bir durum olarak kabul edilir. Puberfoni, fonksiyonel bir ses bozukluğudur. Genellikle ses terapisi ile etkili bir şekilde tedavi edilir. Larinks manüplasyonu, larinks bastırma egzersizleri ve vejetatif ses üretimi gibi ses terapi teknikleri tedavide uygulanabilir. Ses tedavisi başarısız olduğunda, diğer girişimsel tedavi seçenekleri göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
