Abstract :Akut pankreatit çocukluk çağında heterojen ve özgül olmayan klinik bulgularla seyreden, genellikle travma, yapısal anomaliler, ilaçlar ve kronik sistemik hastalık zeminde gelişen nadir görülen bir hastalıktır.Bu olgu sunumunda daha önce sağlıklı olduğu bilinen, karın ağrısı yakınması ile başvuran ve akut pankreatit tanısı konulan 4 yaşında kız hastaya yer verildi.Akut pankreatitin idiopatik olarak gelişebildiği ve özgül olmayan klinik bulguları nedeniyle tanıda yaşanabilecek güçlükler göz önünde bulundurulmalıdır.
